I was contacted by the florist shortly after placing my on-line order. She stated that they didn't have any decent sunflowers (featured in my selection) but would on Monday. I told her I didn't want to wait until Monday and asked that she substitute with something else or a different arrangement. I just asked that she not make it too feminine and that I'd like it to be a little distinctive, as the arrangement I ordered was. She improvised and delivered a beautiful arrangement, I'm very happy with the service and special attention. Thank you!!
